Edward Lynn Holly was born January 31, 1962 in Barberton, Ohio to Luther and Rosie Holly Sr. Edward went home to be with the Lord on December 16, 2021 after a very short illness.
Ed was fun-loving and always had a smile on his face. He made those around him laugh and was always happy. Ed loved his wrestling, loved car shows, and air shows, casinos, and going on trips with his nieces. Ed participated in Special Olympics for many years in Bowling, Track, and Basketball. He loved going to Columbus every Summer and going to Tent Town. Ed loved his movies, sitcoms, and dvds and often enjoyed just sitting in his room watching his shows and snacking on chips. Ed also loved to go out to eat, and always wanted to order the biggest sandwich he could.
Ed was proceeded in death by his parents, by sister Magde-lena Holly, and by brothers Luther Holly Jr., Walter Holly, Benjamin Holly, and Earl Howard. Ed is survived by sisters Josephine (Eddie) Patten, Sharon (Willie) Howard, Marguerite (Gregory) Dixon, and Marilyn Hayward; and brothers James Holly, Jeffrey Holly, Frank Holly, Lawrence Holly, and Eugene Holly; as well as special nieces Fawn Howard and Christine (William) Gregory III, and a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Ed was loved by all those that were close to him and will be greatly missed.
