Elijah Lee Nicholas Wells, lovingly known as “Elianti,” age 18, of Akron, Ohio, passed away on November 6, 2025, surrounded by family and loved ones.

Born on October 8, 2007, in Akron, Ohio, to Alicia Wells and Robert Beasley, Elijah lived a life full of creativity, humor, love, and extraordinary talent. During his youth, he spent time living in Lakewood, Ohio, where he played on both the soccer and swimming teams. Elijah also played football as a proud member of the Akron Bengals.
His education included Lakewood Harrison Elementary, Helen Arnold Middle School, and Buchtel High School in Akron. For his well-being and success, his final schooling transitioned to home education, where he was supported and encouraged to thrive.

Elijah had a vibrant personality and a warm, loving spirit. In his free time, he cherished moments with his love, Naate’ (Najce) Kelly, enjoyed playing with his cats and his sisters’ dogs, and spent countless hours gaming with friends, his nephew Prince, and his cousins, Quavious and Quavion (“Chunky and Chubby”). He was a joyful, playful, and devoted uncle, deeply adored by his nieces and nephews.

A gifted artist, Elijah engineered, wrote, and produced his own music and videos. His talent and ambition brought him to multiple performance stages, where he was booked for shows and shared his creativity with the city. He also had a passion for fashion and dreamed of launching his own clothing brand. Elijah was bright, intelligent beyond his years, funny, loving, and endlessly creative. He was deeply loved and will be profoundly missed by all who had the blessing of knowing him.

Elijah was preceded in death by his beloved grandmother, Lynda “Grammy” Love; grandfather, Charlie Love; grandmother, Gloria Terell; brother, Damarious Wells, and sisters, Camisha Wells and Shawntae Davis.

He is survived by those who cherished him most devoted girlfriend, Naate’ Kelly; loving parents, Alicia Wells and Robert Beasley; big sister, Brittany Wells; fur-baby Chloe; uncles, Qua and Victor (Victoria) Love; cousins, Quavious and Quavion, and sister, Sharlane Jones; adored nieces, Sy’Riniti (Nunu), Charlii, and Leg’ynd Wells, and nephews, Israel (Boots), Xavier, and Prince Wells. Elijah was also deeply loved by extended siblings, Robert, Akeeta, Alontez, Diamond, and Daniya Beasley, Arnell Bennett, Neffarra Tiyi, Sanantat Ptah (Asia), Tierra Gilmore and Lareina Chitman.

Elijah’s life, though far too brief, was filled with love, loyalty, and creativity. His memory will continue to live on in the hearts of his family and friends.
