David Bland born on April 30, 1965 and gained his wings on February 18, 2022.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Irma Jean Bland; father, Ronald (Jackie) A. Bland Sr.

He leaves to cherish his memory brothers, Ronald Bland Jr., Donald and Valerie Bland, John Bland, Jeffery and Renee Luddle; sisters, Ruby Bland, Jerlyn Bland and Leslie Luddle; special cousins, Howard Daniel and Arminda Daniels, and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
