Jasmine departed this life on November 28, 2021 at home surrounded by her family after a very long illness. Jasmine is now resting in the care of the Lord and is very much at peace.

She accepted the Lord at an early age. Jasmine had a love for basketball and played for the Joy Park Recreation Center and played the drums for the Joy Park Steppers. Jasmine graduated from Garfield High School in 2007; later earning a degree in Medical Assisting from the National School of Technology. Jasmine had a beautiful smile and loved everyone. She was a joy to so many and will be greatly missed.

She is preceded in death by her great grandfather, Henery William Clepper; grandfather, Collie Spragling; great grandmother, Virginia Louise Franklin; 11 months ago brother, DaVonte William Clepper; aunt, DeShawn Clepper and cousin, Maria Nash.

She is survived by her mother, Regina Clepper; father, Issac O. Spragling; stepfather, Clifton Cheatham; stepmother, Kesha Grice; siblings, Shardae Spragling, Kaine Cheatham, Shanay Spragling, Destini Fry, Denisha Jackson and Issac O. Spragling Jr.; grandmother, Virginia Clepper; great grandmother, Clara Clepper; grandmother, Lela Mae Spragling; grandfather, Wendell Franklin; aunts, Tina Dorman and Lisa (Anthony) Patrick; uncles, Wendell (LeMeka) Franklin, Dwayne (Sonia) Spragling and Anthony (Tabbatha) Spragling and a host of other relatives and friends.
