Jordan Thomas, 25, passed away unexpectedly on February 28, 2026. His sudden passing leaves a profound void in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.

Jordan graduated from Manchester High School and later completed the Fire and Rescue Program at Portage County Vocation School. He went on to make his home in Columbus, where he was employed with Kokosing Construction Company.

He is lovingly remembered by his parents, Christina and Terry Greenwood of Pataskala, OH and Royce and Stacey Cleveland of Cuyahoga Falls, OH; his grandparents, Deborah and Marc Greenwood of Opelika, AL and Cynthia and William Freeman of Lake Milton, OH; and his siblings, Kaylah Thomas of Cleveland, TX, Dakota Cleveland of Cuyahoga Falls, OH, Caz Cleveland of Buffalo, NY and Trent Ball of Akron, OH. He also leaves behind a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends who will forever cherish his memory.

Calling hours will be held on Saturday, March 7, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Sommerville Funeral Services, 1695 Diagonal Rd., Akron, Oh 44320. A memorial service will immediately follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Humane Society of Summit County, 752 W. Portage Trail, Akron, Oh 44313.
