Michael Edward Laramore, 52, passed away the morning of Wednesday, December 15th, 2021 peacefully while at home.
He is survived by his loving wife of 11 years, Emalie Laramore; children, Shai (Jamar) McCray, Jonathan Laramore, Madisyn and Kaitlyn Clark, and Sloan Fullen; grandchildren, JJ, Marissa, and Lizza McCray, Jesiah and Jeremiah Laramore, and Cayde Athey; parents, Micheal Owens and Dana Laramore; siblings, Toye Laramore, Raphael Owens, and Danyell (Shantella) Laramore; many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and in-laws; close friends, Thomas, Lucien, Anthony, and Eric (EL).
Michael dedicated his life to his family and his job of almost 30 years. You could usually find him mixing music, playing video games, watching movies or enjoying old school cassette tapes. He loved basketball, football (Aaron Rogers) and spending time at home with his family. You could hear his laughter from down the street and always gave the best hugs. He was the sound voice of reason and calm in this chaotic world. He never met a stranger and made friends with everyone he met. He had a passionate love for his family and grandkids and could be found giving life advice, teaching driving lessons, or burping babies to many of the children in his life. There will never be a way to fill the void he has left behind to all that have known him. Our hearts will never be whole but he will always be a part of us.
