Clarence H. Hawkins Jr. is affectionately known as “Hawk” went home to be with the Lord on March 8, 2021. He was born on May 10, 1932, in Rome, GA to Edna Lee Chatman Hawkins and Clarence Hawkins Sr.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Edna Lee Chatman Hill; father, Clarence Hawkins Sr; stepfather, Clarence William Hill; sister, Francine Elaine Falconer Toomer; stepson, Stephen Lionel Caynon: grandson, Martin Dion Hawkins; and granddaughter, Taylor Dezlarai Robinson.

He leaves to cherish his memory his devoted wife, Andria Hawkins; children, Katherine Allen (Adolphus), Orlando, FL; Clarence Martin Hawkins, Lithonia, GA; Derek Vernon Hawkins, Stone Mountain, GA; stepchildren, William Alvin Caynon III, Vancouver, WA; Michael Andrew Caynon, Akron, OH; and brother, Herman Eugene Hawkins (Gwendolyn), Akron, OH; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
