Demetrius Dierre Horton was born in Akron, Ohio on October 21, 1979. He passed away on January 15, 2021.

Demetrius loved to cook, bowl, play pool and talk smack. He recently just received his CDL’s. Demetrius was an all-around good person he was what you would call a gentle giant .

He was preceded in death by mother, Christina Horton aunt, Mildred Walters-Buck.

Survived by father, David Walters; son, Demetrius Jr.; special cousins, Feiren Buck, Damikia and Dion Walters; special friend, Jamekia; best friends, Big Bo, Red, and Louis and a host of other friends and family.

Public viewing will be held on Wednesday, January 26, 2021 from 10:00 am until 11:00 am. Services will immediately follow at Sommerville Funeral Services.
