On October 18, 2021, Emma Louise Suddeth passed away
peacefully in her sleep at the blessed age of 95. She was a
lifelong Akron native.

On June 28th, 1926, Lillie Mae Ross and Robert L Richardson Sr,
were blessed with Emma Louise Richardson. Louise was born in
Fort Valley, GA and later raised in Akron OH.

At an early age, Louise married Warren K Clayton and to this
union 5 children were born. Louise was a stay-at-home mom,
and the neighborhood beautician. She loved to work her magic
with the stove top curling iron and straightening comb and had
a long list of clients. Louise loved to cook and entertain. She
would host every holiday at her house, would never ask anyone
for anything; just to bring a big appetite. Louise was that
mother/ grandmother that always made sure everyone ate
breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Her kitchen always smelt like
food. She loved to go to flea markets and collect nic nacs.
She later married Thomas Suddeth and together they provided
family transportation to anyone who needed it. No matter what
time of day, or night, they were always available, without
complaining.

Louise continued her love of cooking and entertaining, and on
any given Friday, an impromptu party would happen, and she
would have a packed house.

She is preceded in death by husband, Thomas J. Suddeth Sr.;
Parents, Lillie Mae Ross and Robert Richardson; children,
BettyAnn Clayton, Thomas Suddeth Jr, Kelly Suddeth and
Michael Suddeth; sisters, Ella Payton, Essie Price and Carrie
Smith; brothers, Robert Richardson, Alfred Richardson, and
Julius Richardson.

Louise leaves in mourning her daughters, Diane (Terry)
Moorer, Linda (Terry) Weaver and Joyce Clayton; sons, Warren
(Vicki) Clayton, Rickey Suddeth, Keith (Joann) Suddeth; brother,
Jimmy Clark and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren
family and friends who loved her dearly. Special thanks to her team of
home health professionals who took great care of her,
Thara Johnson, LaTika Glover, Teresa Roland, Brionna Williams,
and nurse Nicole Young; grandson, Terry Moorer who
took care of her and made sure she had a hot meal every night.
She is preceded in death by husband Thomas J. Suddeth Sr.
Parents Lillie Mae Ross and Robert Richardson. Children

Michael Suddeth. Sisters Ella Payton, Essie Price and Carrie
