Reginald D. Smith was born July 10, 1971. He was preceded in death by Grandparents Peter and Beatrice Harris. He leaves to cherish his memory, mother Gloria Smith, sister Sharmaine (Michael) Pechac, aunts Rose Marian and LaVeta Smith, Uncle Benjamin Harris, nephews Kameron and Kristian Pechac, and children LaJasmyn Elise, Justin, and Tra’Shaun Smith.

Reggie is known for his love of family and friends.
He was a kind and responsive man who was dedicated to meeting the needs of those he loved.
